Igor Medan

VP, New Markets

Igor Medan joined BGS Smartcard Systems AG in 2001 as VP, New Markets. In 1995 he was employed by Polaroid GmbH in Vienna. Igor Medan was responsible for the analysis of all business processes within the front and back offices of the subsidiary and was soon promoted to Customer Service Manager for the Austrian market. He was also involved in the co-ordination and realization of the centralization process for several European subsidiaries.

In 1999 he joined CAP GEMINI ERNST & YOUNG, Vienna in the SAP task force of the management consulting services of the Ernst & Young management consulting group where he was in charge of project management on several international projects. Igor Medan was born in 1972 in Munich/Germany and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Webster University in Vienna.
